# Integration boundaries

Vender supplies HTML presentation and local demonstration behavior. It does not provide a commerce backend.

| Shopping assistant | Grounded product/policy answers and a secure server-side model integration |

The included assistant uses local keyword matching, not a live language model. Keep credentials and provider keys off the client. Browser-calculated prices must never authorize a payment. Payment details belong with your payment provider.

Bag, wishlist, comparison and recently viewed examples store product selections locally. Demo order state uses session storage. Personal form fields and assistant chat are not intentionally persisted or transmitted. Sample accounts are public fictional content, not protected accounts. Review privacy and consent requirements for any services you connect.

WooCommerce and Shopify integrations are not included. Replace the local adapters with platform-owned catalog, cart and customer state if building a platform integration.
