Troubleshooting

Start with a fresh extracted package and reproduce the issue before changing shared styles or controllers.

Images or styles are missing

Serve the folder over HTTP. Check filename case, relative paths and that assets were uploaded alongside the HTML. Packaged image files are WebP; old PNG paths will not resolve.

An interactive component does nothing

Check the browser console for the first error. Confirm assets/js/catalog-data.js loads before assets/js/store.js, then check required dialogs and IDs against the working component page. Loading a controller without its expected DOM can break unrelated controls.

The bag still shows old product details

Remove old selections using the visible bag controls and reload. Keep fixture IDs and lookup behavior consistent. Test in a fresh browser context to distinguish stored local selections from a code issue.

A page scrolls sideways

Record the page, viewport width and selected variant. Inspect the element wider than its container; check long labels, fixed widths, grids and images. Do not hide overflow on the entire body to conceal a broken layout. The mobile department row and comparison table may scroll inside their own containers.

Copy is unavailable

The docs selects the code as a fallback when clipboard access is denied. Use your browser copy command. Clipboard access may depend on browser permissions and a secure context.

Report a reproducible issue

Include the edition/version, browser, screen width, page filename, steps and a screenshot. Remove personal data. For marketplace purchases, contact the creator through Wrapmarket and consult its support policy.
